American Classic Auto Restoration, Inc. (ACAR) is a first generation, family owned and operated small business established in 2001 by Bo and Karen Sowers. Located in a 7,000 square foot facility in central Virginia, their mission statement "Preserving history, one car at a time" says it all.

A combined hard work ethic, love for classic cars, and mission to preserve history for generations to come has produced award-winning restorations and has earned significant recognition on the local, state, national and international levels.
